 My Mom and I stumbled on this mini amusement park which will start operating Friday night on Pitt Street, between Rivington and Stanton. In the middle of the night on Thursday it looked eerie, ghost-like, without the lights and the laughter of children. I can just imagine what it’s been like for the local kids on the street, to be staring at this wonder and counting the minutes until the merry-go-rounds start moving…
